Innovation Center (IC) at Insight Park will provide services, programs and 12,000 square feet of Class A office space to enhance the start up, survival and growth rates of businesses. The Innovation Center will cater primarily to small and start up firms with ties to university technologies, either through the transfer of university technology to a private firm through a licensing or similar arrangement, collaboration between a small firm and university faculty, or access to unique university equipment and facilities by the small firm. There may also be opportunities for the incubator to assist other small and start up businesses that have non-technology ties to The University of Mississippi.
Innovation Center includes 30 individual Class A offices ranging in size from 160 square feet to over 1100 square feet plus three wet and two dry laboratories. Total floor space is approximately 12,000 square feet. First floor layout.
